In the app (fastest)

1. Open Idle Defense and sign in.
2. Open Settings and scroll to the Danger Zone.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Without the app

Email info@ruicodex.com with the subject "Delete my Idle Defense account" and your in-game username, from any address. We may ask one question to confirm the account is yours, and we complete the deletion within 30 days (usually within 3 working days) and reply when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your account (username and password hash) and session.
• Your cloud save and all game progress stored on our server.
• Leaderboard, weekly league, rift and raid entries, guild membership (a guild you lead passes to its next member, or is removed if empty), redeemed codes and pending rewards.
• Feedback messages you sent from the app.
• Gameplay analytics events linked to your account, and the analytics profile on our own analytics server.

What is kept, and for how long

• Purchase records required for accounting and tax are kept without your account link for the legally required period (up to 10 years); they contain the product, price, currency, date, the store order id and purchase token and the wave you were on, with no username, account or device identifier.
• Web server request logs (IP address, request time, requested address) are kept for up to 90 days and then deleted automatically.
• Guest progress stored only on your device is not on our servers: uninstalling the app or clearing its data removes it.

Purchases and refunds

Deleting your account does not cancel or refund purchases. Refunds are handled by Google Play or the App Store. One-time purchases can be restored on the same store account after reinstalling.
