These terms apply to the Idle Defense: Cosmic TD app on Android and iOS and to the web version at idle.ruicodex.com (together, "the Game"). By playing you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. Using the Game

• You may play the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
• Do not cheat, exploit bugs, modify the app, automate play, attack our servers or interfere with other players. We may reset progress, remove leaderboard entries or close accounts that do.
• Player names and guild names must not be offensive, impersonate others or infringe anyone's rights. We may rename or remove them.

2. Accounts

You can play as a guest (progress stored on your device) or create an account for cloud saves, guilds, the World Boss raid and leagues. Keep your login private; you are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time — see Delete your account.

3. Virtual items and purchases

• Gems, crystals, boosts, modules, relics and other in-game items are a limited licence to use content inside the Game. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and are not transferable outside the Game.
• Purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their terms; refunds are handled by them under their refund policies and the law of your country. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
• One-time purchases (for example Remove Ads or the Commander Pass) can be restored on the same store account with "Restore purchases". Consumable items are delivered once.
• Prices are shown by the store in your currency before you confirm. Offers and their availability windows are shown in the Game as they are; we do not show fake discounts.
• If a purchase is refunded or charged back, the items it granted may be removed.

4. Ads

The Game is free and shows optional rewarded video ads that you choose to watch for a bonus. Ads are provided by Google AdMob; your ad and privacy choices are explained in the Privacy Policy and can be changed in Settings.

5. Changes and availability

We keep improving the Game; features, balance and content may change, and online features (leaderboards, guilds, raids, leagues) may be unavailable at times. We may end the Game with reasonable notice; we will not end it to deprive you of items bought in the last 90 days without the store refunding them.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The Game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, RuiCodex is not liable for indirect damages, lost progress caused by events outside our control, or interruptions of online services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Privacy

How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change and material changes will be announced in the Game. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
