Idle Defense has no subscription. Every purchase is one-time, and it is handled by the store you bought it from — Apple on iOS, Google Play on Android.
Refunds are issued by the store you bought from, under that store's policy — not by us:
If you were charged but the item never arrived in the game, write to us first — we can usually fix that faster than a refund goes through.
Only rewarded videos, and only when you choose one. Nothing interrupts a wave. You watch a short video and get a bonus in return — the Welcome Back 2× reward, or an extra upgrade. If you never tap those buttons, you never see an ad.
It turns those rewarded videos into instant claims: you get the same bonus without watching anything. The button simply says Premium instead of Watch Ad. It is a one-time purchase and it never expires.
Open the shop and tap Restore Purchases while signed in to the same store account you bought with. Starter Pack and Ad Removal come back. Gems already spent do not — they were consumed in play.
If you play as a guest, your progress lives on that device only, and uninstalling erases it. Sign in and it is saved to our servers, so it follows you to a new device.
When you sign in, we compare the two saves and keep the one that has come further. Purchases are merged from both sides, so you never lose an item you paid for.
Close the game fully and reopen it — a pending purchase usually completes on the next launch. If they are still missing, write to us with the store receipt and we will add them by hand.
A shared event: every player damages the same boss, and the rewards are handed out when it falls. It runs on our servers, so it needs a connection — as do cloud saves, leaderboards and rewarded videos. Normal waves keep running offline.
Playing as a guest? Uninstalling the game removes everything from your device. If you created an account, write to us from the address you signed up with and we will delete your server-side account and all data attached to it.
